Ensure your login details are correct. If you’ve made full payment, your account should be active. If you're still having trouble, contact the school admin or open a support ticket for assistance.
If you have outstanding fees and the designated payment deadline has passed, your portal will be locked. Once fees are paid, contact the admin in order to unlock your portal.
